I had to take a day off at work to respect the appointment with BMW to replace the front breaks as the dashboard shows me the service to be done asap plus a recall for the steering wheel. The job I did ask to do isn't been done and sent me back home.

It was tricky to get seen initially (albeit an unusual visit) but one of the master technicians came out and had a brief listen to the engine to see if it was worth booking it in for a diagnostic (we did).

Our contact with BMW is only through recall , we find it an inconvenience to have to do a 70 mile round trip and stay in the city all day whilst you do the service needed on these cars that are recalled through no fault of ours .

Great Reception and welcoming staff. My BMWX1 was recalled. Very good service offering a taxi to the city while i waited. An inflate tyres was persistently displaying as was SOS failure sign. Was told this would be fixed. It was not fixed.
