14 September 2026
Brilliant service throughout
14 September 2026
Because the team was over and beyond the dedication for a well established customer and they done extra work replacing my 8 months braking fluid once again. Now thats out of their way. Respect.I would like my engine oil to be done the same way, joking
14 September 2026
I would have preferred to have waited with the car as it only required an oil change. However this wasn't possible. The staff arranged a taxi from the garage into Cardiff and arranged our return five hours later. A charge of £400 seemed excessive.
14 September 2026
Jobs completed satisfactorily and staff were pleasant and helpful.
13 September 2026
Everything was done according to my instructions. I was kept fully informed.
12 September 2026

11 September 2026
Friendly, professional service
10 September 2026
The part that was ordered was not correct when it arrived, so there was a delay in that being installed & then there car was not looked at for a whole day due to lack of staff, so car remained for an extra day. Issue still isn't fixed.
10 September 2026
Alun was fantastic. Answered all questions posed, and wouldn't let me leave without being fully informed and feeling comfortable. I loved the non pushy sales approach, which I have experienced elsewhere
10 September 2026
Expensive repairs compared to subsequent quotes. The car clean offered wasn't undertaken. I was only sent a screenshot of the diagnostic paid for.
10 September 2026
The service staff were great, only reason for not giving a 5 star is that I asked for a valuation of my car and am still yet to hear back.
10 September 2026
I didn't meet the person that I was dealing with but the service was good although expensive!
09 September 2026
Despite some unfortunate delays I was kept very well informed and treated like a valued customer

09 September 2026
Great stuff this time for the airbag recall. 10 out of 10 Everyone was nice and courteous and polite etc. And the hot chocolates were nice. Better than the first two visits concerning the 1st and 2nd EGR Valve recall fiasco. That was a 1 out of 10

08 September 2026
Was quoted wrong price on phone when booking so cost was much more than expected on the day. Used app to check in but the selection and answers I provided were clearly not read so waste of time. Warning message for tyre pressure was not addressed

Issue with tailgate not repaired as discussed
08 September 2026
Very friendly, informative and efficient
08 September 2026
Incredibly poor communication.
08 September 2026
The work carried out was fine. The issue I have is around the pricing. I was emailed an offer of service of £287 and yet I ended up paying £405 with no additional work carried out. I think the pricing is completed in a very underhand way.
08 September 2026
Good customer service, and good dealership experience
08 September 2026
The "new" booking system is letting BMW Synter down dramatically. What should be an easy call to the service department to arrange an annual service and MOT while you wait ended up on the day 5 hrs later finishing. The system hadn't booked "waiting".
08 September 2026
Aloson was great with communication
07 September 2026
Great staff Excellent updates on the service progress
07 September 2026
Waited while my service was carried out and was completely within 2 hours.

04 September 2026
start to finish first class. Car went in for MOT should take 90 mins but went over to 2. 30 hours. No problem for me but what about other people ?
04 September 2026
Although they made a small error which delayed the return of my car they communicated with me very well and offered a loan car which I coukd not accept because BMW insurance would not cover me as I am over 85 years of age.
03 September 2026
The car was booked in for a rattle thats wasn't fixed but Johnathan Lloyd-Williams was great.
03 September 2026
All good did quick for me no problems

Staff were informative and attentive. The car was returned nice and clean and was nice being offered a coffee!
02 September 2026
Problems with wheel alignment generated as a result of previous work to replace steering rack (under recall from BMW) were fixed within the timeframe specified. Service manager ringing me the following day to check all was well was a nice touch.
02 September 2026
I was kept up to date by video. The video was a great way to see under my vehicle some where we never see. Complete diagnosis pointing out under the car working's
02 September 2026
The service I always have off BMW Cardiff is second to none. The staff are really friendly and Ricci Walker is so pleasant to deal with.
02 September 2026
A nearly 15 year old car goes in for an airbag recall, recall gets completed and car comes out clean whilst being informed of progress throughout the day. Can't fault that service.

27 August 2026
Good service no issues
27 August 2026
Welcoming staff Efficient & Timely Service Effective communication from the Service Advisor Sophie Gibson throughout
27 August 2026
Satisfied with the service centre but very disappointed with the sales team who have been ignoring my emails and calls since purchasing my car. This would put me off buying another car through Sytner.

They where really good , Rahul was extremely helpful
26 August 2026
It was good from beginning to end,Alison was brilliant kept me informed of the progress of my car they even worked after finishing time to finish it first class service
26 August 2026
I found the booking process has improved since it has returned to a Sytner Cardiff experience rather than a centralised call centre. I mentioned this to staff on the day. Everything was was completed on time; communication was excellent.

26 August 2026

26 August 2026
On arrival, the staff noticed I had a backpack with me, possibly with a laptop. I was so pleased that they offered me a meeting room I could use for work while I waited for my car. They also brought me coffee with a biscuit. Well done on this!
26 August 2026
Outstanding care from Alison at Sytner Cardiff on my 330e AC rebuild. Fast overnight parts, a triple system flush, and total technical transparency regarding the 2-year warranty. Car is pristine, working flawlessly. 5/5 customer service.
26 August 2026
Fantastic staff always helpful and happy especially Claire who is in the drive through area
26 August 2026
Had booked a 90 minute waiting appointment but on arrival it was stated that I was leaving the car for the day. I had a photo if my booking as this has previously happened.
26 August 2026
I do not have a BMW. So I did not have a service. Yet you still continue to send me emails and texts about appointments which I have not set. Please remove me from your contact list.

21 August 2026
Clean tidy and friendly staff
21 August 2026
You made up fake faults with my current car to drive the part exchange price down. You failed the MOT, for another garage the next day to laugh at how ridiculous your service department is and passed the car without the need for any work
20 August 2026
Excellent customer service. Received an explanatory video of the car .
20 August 2026
Efficient and friendly.
20 August 2026
Always seems to be a bit of confusion ie booking in at drive-in, as I tell them that I will be waiting but popping up road to have a brecky. And also when booking in the details were the wrong model of vehicle. Waiting time seems an issue every time.
20 August 2026
Very helpful and let me know what was going on
19 August 2026
The staff member went out of her way to resolve the problem quickly, so we were able to drive the 200 miles home the next day as planned. Hugely appreciated! Thanks.
19 August 2026
Felt as if pressurised to have diagnostic work done despite knowing the fault- this was later refunded after raising my dissatisfaction Work took a long time to start in the day which meant work ran on to next day

19 August 2026
Extra of valet and videoed vehicle inspection was very much appreciated.
19 August 2026
It was disappointing that the completion of the MOT exceeded the agreed time slot by more than 1 hour and there was no communication of any delay until I enquired on the status of the work 2 hours after the booking in time.
18 August 2026

04 August 2026

Very pleased with the service and help ftom Zoe.
01 August 2026
Car was booked in for the morning and the issue was completed in the 1 hour investigation period. However the time it was completed and I was informed, was at close of business, which meant I could not retrieve my car until the following day.
31 July 2026
Excellent service thank you
30 July 2026
Wait-in appointments are very handy, and the MOT was done just in time to get home to an urgent meeting that popped up last-minute. Things ran smoothly and on time.

Your staff are great. But this is the 3rd time car has been in for same issue. Hopefully fixed now. I couldnt get through by telephone, your whats app service doesn't work. Had to drive there to see if car was finished. It was there for a week

very prompt & clean check in process, and well updated throughout the day the car was in
30 July 2026
My Contact was very attentive communicated well keeping me fully informed on progress.
29 July 2026
Only a handbrake software glitch which BMW should not have charged me for.
29 July 2026
Efficient service and welcoming staff.
29 July 2026
Booking a time slot was pointless because it didn't start getting work done 3/4 hours after the slot I chose and also didn't clean the interior of my car when I chose for them to clean it
29 July 2026
Swift efficient service
29 July 2026
Did what was required at the stated time
29 July 2026
Very efficient service
29 July 2026
MOT took from 08:30 to 13.30 whilst waiting with my car.
29 July 2026
Service team assuming I wanted new parts when all I wanted was a repair under warranty. Very dismissive mentality to save the business money. Poor customer service.
29 July 2026
Car did not get looked at for 3 days courtesy car not suitable size. And now my car has more damage on other pieces after 1 week being with you now needs to go back in
29 July 2026
Staff were friendly and helpful
28 July 2026
As always we were treated excellent and Alison explained what was happening
27 July 2026
Professional, friendly and efficient service
27 July 2026
Because the girl who looked after me was excellent. My rear badge was damaged, so I brought a new one for BMW to fit as a favour. She went over and above to sort it out. Sorry I don't remember her name (young, with Midlands accent I think).
26 July 2026
Staff were very helpful and informative
26 July 2026
Impressed with professional and efficient process from booking vehicle in for work on a recall. The reception procedure was quick and easy. Throughout the day the vehicle was at the garage I was kept up to date with updates on progress by Alison.
26 July 2026
I took the car in with no faults, the spark plugs were replaced with faulty parts causing the car to misfire. I then had to bring the car back in for them to be replaced. This massively inconvenienced me and meant that I had to take time off work.
26 July 2026
Kept informed of progress with MOT throughout . Courtesy wash & vac an excellent touch
25 July 2026
The overall experience was fantastic and kept informed throughout.
25 July 2026
Poor communication, did not complete all requests. Had the vehicle from 8 am, did not touch until 3.30 pm. App stated vehicle ready by 4 pm, receptionist said it would be ready by 5 pm. I waited in the showroom until 5.45 pm.
25 July 2026
Dropping off my car was easy and timely, I was kept updated throughout the service and picking up the car was easy, the car keys and invoice with the receptionist, the car was also in a nice clean condition.
24 July 2026
Anne Marie was very helpful even though the BMW assistance team caused a few issues
24 July 2026
Straight forward MOT and carried out recall at same time. Had a concern with paid service contract which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Will always use this dealership
23 July 2026
I was kept very well informed and updated at all times
23 July 2026
Alison is an excellent advisor, have dealt with for several years across multiple bmw'$
23 July 2026
Car with sytner 10 days while bmw uk failed to provide roof liner clips as there were none in uk. Car then return not cleaned in or out. Not a premium service after a simple recall when bmw uk should have parts in stock for their initiated recall
23 July 2026
I booked my car in for the Thursday at 10am, I was informed at 2pm that work had only just stated and wouldn't be completed, so the car was rebooked for the following Tuesday. Tuesday, same again, started late and not complete. Rebooked August.
23 July 2026
First class service as always. When my vehicle has left the workshop at Syntners Cardiff, I have complete confidence that all the necessary repairs required are carried out to the highest standards. Also all of the staff are extremely helpful. ????
23 July 2026
The Customer Service was great from Alison but the 4 hour wait for an MOT and Tyre change was longer than I had initially envisioned.

22 July 2026
As usual BMW team were helpful and professional
22 July 2026
2nd time within a week my car has been serviced by Sytner Cardiff. Excellent service each time. The only thing which has stopped me giving a 5 star is the complimentary wash and vacuum,I was asked if I wanted it, yes i said, but sadly it wasn't done
21 July 2026
Professional services
21 July 2026
Very efficient service. Kept me informed throughout.
21 July 2026
The service I received was brilliant.
21 July 2026
Quick service but communication was not the best. They were supposed to call after the service repair was completed but they didn't. Also, I was asked if I needed a complementary car wash which I accepted but the car wasn't washed.
21 July 2026
Alison kept me up to date and clearly communicated what the next steps were
21 July 2026
Poor booking experience - you cannot talk to anyone at your centre anymore, and inflexibilty with the time you required the car - an all day booking does not suit everyone and something that has not happened ion the past- Will say Clair & Alison were
21 July 2026
Everything was to my satisfaction.
21 July 2026
Professional and efficient but at a high price
21 July 2026
Friendly, professional and efficient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The communication is excellent and the service is professional and trustworthy. Love the service video. The complimentary valet is excellent.

21 July 2026
Very helpful
21 July 2026
Always courteous. Kept up to date with progress of job being done on my vehicle
21 July 2026
Great service from all staff from booking in car, through to servicing and departure.
21 July 2026
Overall, another efficiently managed service and repair of my relatively old (12/2013) 1 Series BMW. I often consider taking my car to independent servicer due to cost but I always see the quality and risk taking it to a BMW garage the best option.
20 July 2026
Even though the service was good I feel that the communication could of been better , I wasn't spoken to until nearly the very end and that was to tell me the car was being washed which was going to be 5 minutes I was still waiting for 30 minutes
20 July 2026
Had to ask if courtesy car available as car needed to be kept longer than a day - told no as booked weeks in advance - Im not a magician so would not have known it was going to be kept! Paid a lot of money for the car so disappointing!
19 July 2026
BMW collected and returned my car, gave me a visual report and car was returned tidy and clean.
19 July 2026
Efficient and helpful
19 July 2026
Would have given 5 stars but wrong info given to me on the app!
19 July 2026
Work carried out in time and all staff great
19 July 2026
Everyone was professional and very helpful
18 July 2026
The car was booked in for the Wednesday 9.30am, at 4pm no one had even looked at it. After complaining to your representative she managed to get a technician to plug in the ODM scanner Too late to fix fault so had to return next day. Poor service,

Alison was exceptionally good with communication
16 July 2026
Staff always cheerful an efficient
15 July 2026
Friendly and quick service
14 July 2026
Service was as expected. The one thing that could have been better was if I could have booked the correct service directly from the BMW App. Instead I had to manually select the right service element to match the warning my car was saying needed
13 July 2026
Prompt attention
13 July 2026
They kept me informed all the time and got my car back same day ..
13 July 2026
Curteous and helpful staff. Patient in understanding needs with good communication of findings. Adam Giles the Service advisor did an excellent job
13 July 2026
Booked car in for mot and service on a Saturday, was left a message asking to bring car in earlier as only open till 12 and want have enough time to complete work car was booked for 10am was not informed when I booked, st
13 July 2026
Brilliant Start to finish.
12 July 2026
not cleaned when returned not did the work on it
12 July 2026
Excellent service, provided me an uber taxi to go home as my car failed the MOT and it was available the following day.
12 July 2026
Helpful and efficient service but with a few issues. Many emails and calls pre-service. Confusion over a double booking in the system. I received a phone call asking why I hadn't turned up?? No option given to carry out recommended work (Diff Seal)
12 July 2026
Amazing customer service, keep you informed of car progress all the time. Very efficient.
12 July 2026
Great customer service from everyone.
12 July 2026
I have always had great service at Sytner Cardiff the latest visit was no different.
11 July 2026
Mostly good comunication. Easy to drop off. Appreciated the vehicle check. Unclear on some aspects. It referred to correcting fuel contamination on the paperwork but nobody mentioned this to me. Service mileage also incorrect on the vehicle status.
11 July 2026
After the initial mistake of not having the spare part BMW said they had to repair the LED on my front grill the recovery service to put this right was exceptionally. Claire also did an excellent job delivering & collecting curtesy car. Thank you.
11 July 2026
Everything went well.
11 July 2026
Wonderful.service
11 July 2026
Friendly and kept me up to date while car was in the garage
10 July 2026
My last visit was the best under Rhodri Phillips team usually its horiffic.
10 July 2026
Very organized and a comfortable waiting space. I was kept up to date with service via a video I was sent.
10 July 2026
I found the experience unsatisfactory. I requested the car to be ready by 2 pm while booking my service, but the car was delivered post 4 pm. I had to miss my hospital appointment & got delayed to pick my daughter. The car was not cleaned properly.
10 July 2026
Very attentive. For me, too attentive bordering on intrusive.
10 July 2026
Service not exceptional but by today's standards about ok
10 July 2026
Alison was really efficient and great to deal with. She moved it all along swiftly. My courtesy car was waiting for me whilst my own car was being serviced and MOT'd.
10 July 2026
Took far too long to clean the car and it wasn't even very clean. More importantly, ever since I came in for the starter motor change as part of a product recall, my engine light has been on

Process of buying our new car was smooth thanks to very professional Connor Stratton. He helped me with everything from specifying the car through finance to the day of handover
